What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a membership-based system where a monthly or yearly fee provides you with unprecedented access to your physician and basic healthcare services. This fee allows your physician to limit the total number of patients and focus on and increase your quality of care.

How much will it cost?

Cost is based on the number of household members enrolled with discounts for yearly payment and group rates.

What services are provided?

Anytime access to your physician as well as routine primary care services such as physical exams, chronic disease management, urgent care services, and preventive care services.

How does this work with my current health insurance?

Fidelis Concierge Physicians doesn’t bill your insurance, but acts as a supplement to your insurance. By providing your basic primary care needs, this limits your insurance needs to major medical coverage to help cover the cost of hospitalizations, surgeries or emergencies.

Does my Health Savings Account (HSA) cover the services?

The medical services provided are typically reimbursed by your HSA.

Are lab and x-ray services covered?

Lab and x-ray services are not covered. These services are provided by local vendors, which have significant discounts for cash paying customers.
